Nordhorn

Taking over the technical maintenance and value retention measures of our properties and corresponding facilities
Implementation/supervision of the installation and repair of building services and furnishings, e.g. in the areas of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation
Minor manual work indoors and outdoors
Supervision of external companies and coordination of service assignments
Once a month 24/7 on-call service (Mon-Sun/Mon) - Region Nordhorn

Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
Ideally experience in the support of building services engineering and knowledge of the above-mentioned activities, especially for electrical engineering
Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
Ability to work in a team, reliability, resilience and a service-oriented way of working
Willingness to work flexible hours if required by the company (on-call duty)
Class B driving license (BE desirable)
German language skills level B2
