Nationwide service solution for TV, audio and small household appliances

Nordhorn, 19.08.2025 – ENO telecom GmbH is expanding its long-standing partnership with Sharp and is taking over the exclusive nationwide service for consumer electronics products from the Japanese manufacturer with immediate effect. The new service covers all devices from the TV, audio and small household appliances sectors and supplements the existing distribution agreement with central added value for retailers and end customers.

ENO has been successfully selling Sharp products to German specialist retailers for many years. With the takeover of the service business by sister company ESC International GmbH, the company is strengthening its position as a comprehensive partner in the CE sector. The new service will be managed from the company’s headquarters in Nordhorn and offers specialist dealers a central point of contact for repair, replacement and support.

“Our customers benefit from an end-to-end process from a single source – from ordering to after-sales service. This creates reliability and noticeably reduces the workload on the dealer side,” says Rainer Büter, authorized signatory at ENO and operations manager at ESC. “The addition of the service area is a logical step in our partnership with Sharp.”

Sharp Europe also welcomes the decision: “With ENO, we have had a reliable partner for distribution and market presence in Germany for years.
