New top management and strategic realignment at ENO
28/04/2026
ENO is repositioning itself in terms of personnel and strategy as part of a restructuring process. With a focus on sustainable transformation, the company is strengthening its position in the market and consistently focusing on the future.
As part of these changes, the entire management team will be streamlined. Sven Gösch, who has already held various management positions at the Nordhorn-based distributor for many years, is taking over the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be in charge of ENO’s entire operating business in future. “I am very much looking forward to the new role and the challenge it brings. ENO has undergone a far-reaching transformation in recent months. It has been a challenging process to restructure the company and at the same time position it profitably for the future. Today, we stand for much more than a portfolio from the traditional telecommunications sector: in addition to our strong core business in the mobile devices sector, we offer a broad product range that is unique in the industry, including the SDA and HE segments, as well as specialized sales for the automotive sector. By bundling purchasing, sales and marketing under one responsibility, we are creating additional synergies, enabling faster decisions and providing the necessary basis for the next development steps,” Sven Gösch is convinced.
At the same time, CEO Peter Horstmann is placing particular emphasis on expanding the service business. “In addition to our established hardware business, we are increasingly focusing on services. My particular focus is on the area of
Logistics & Fulfillment, where we have already successfully acquired national and international customers in recent years,” explains Horstmann. As part of the new structure, Gernot Teufel has left the management board by mutual agreement.
With the new management structure and the clearly defined strategic direction, ENO is positioning itself as an innovative and versatile partner in the B2B market. The aim is to strengthen existing business areas and at the same time tap into new growth potential.
